PROGRAMS OFFERED
All
programs are sanctioned by Skate Canada and are delivered by
professional coaches certified through the National Coaching
Certification Program (NCCP)
All regular session programs are
offered from October through March. A Spring Skate session is scheduled
to be run in Iles des Chenes.
PLEASE NOTE THAT HELMET USE IS MANDATORY INCLUSIVE OF LEVEL 5.
Properly fitted hockey helmets are preferred.
Skate Canada policy is clear that any skater not equipped with such a helmet will not be allowed onto the ice.
All fees include Skate Canada fee of $32.6
The Lorette FSC is now charging the following:
Volunteer buy-out fee $50
Fundraising buy-out fee $75
These fees will be refunded upon completion of your volunteer or fundraising commitments. We are a community club and rely upon the participation of all of our members for success. Please help out!
PRE-SCHOOL CANSKATE
One 30 minute session per week. Rates include coaches fee.
Full season/21 weeks $260

IDC Mondays 6:15-6:45
Lorette Wednesdays 6:15-6:45
CANSKATE & JR. PRE-POWER SKATE.
Teaches fundamental movements and basic skills.
Power skate is aimed at hockey and ringette players. Focusing on balance, power, agility, speed, and endurance.45 minute sessions.
Choice of one or two sessions per week. Rates include coaches fee.

RISING STAR (formerly Junior Star)
1 hour sessions.

JR. STARSKATE & STARSKATE. Aimed at developing Figure Skating skills in dance, skills, free skate, and interpretive skating.
Coaches fee NOT included. Coaches are contracted by the skater. Coaches bill the skater and are paid directly.
Skaters have access to all of the ice time. Skaters may use ice time for individual practice outside of scheduled lesson days.
